What this page covers

PromptBx uses analytics technologies to understand website usage, diagnose problems, and improve the prompt library and user experience. This page should be read together with the Privacy Policy.

02

Google Analytics 4

PromptBx uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure website activity. GA4 may collect or derive information such as page views, sessions, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, referral sources, and engagement information.

PromptBx also sends custom product-usage events so we can understand which features are useful.

03

What we do not intentionally send

PromptBx is designed to avoid sending unnecessary content to Google Analytics. In particular, our custom analytics implementation does not intentionally send full prompt text or the raw text of a visitor’s search query.

For prompt-related events, we may send limited metadata such as a prompt identifier, prompt title, category, interaction source, result count, or selected AI platform.

04

Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies depending on the visitor’s browser, region, consent choices, and the analytics configuration in effect.

Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a browser. They can be used for purposes such as remembering state, measuring activity, or distinguishing visits. PromptBx may also use strictly necessary cookies for authenticated administrative sessions. Administrative cookies are not intended for ordinary public visitors.

05

Why we use analytics

  • Measure overall traffic and usage trends.
  • Understand which prompts and categories are most useful.
  • Measure how often prompts are opened and copied.
  • Understand how visitors discover and navigate the site.
  • Identify broken or underused features.
  • Improve performance, usability, and content decisions.
07

Browser controls

Visitors can usually manage or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking cookies or analytics technologies may reduce the amount of usage data recorded, but the core public prompt library should remain usable.

Core access remains. Blocking analytics should not prevent you from browsing and copying public prompts.
08

Third-party analytics provider

Google Analytics is provided by Google. Google’s own terms, privacy documentation, and controls apply to its processing of analytics data. PromptBx does not control Google’s independent systems or policies.

09

Analytics retention

Analytics data may be retained according to the settings configured for the PromptBx Google Analytics property and Google’s applicable policies. We may adjust analytics retention settings as the service evolves.

10

Changes to analytics practices

We may update the analytics tools, events, or configuration used by PromptBx. If our practices materially change, this page and the Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
