By accessing or using PromptBx, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PromptBx provides written prompts and related guidance intended to help users instruct compatible AI tools to perform photo-editing or image-generation tasks. PromptBx itself does not guarantee that any third-party AI system will produce a particular result.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent, altered, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Results depend on the model, uploaded material, provider policies, settings, and other factors outside PromptBx’s control.

Links to Gemini, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services are independent from PromptBx and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, usage limits, and content rules.

You agree not to misuse PromptBx or use it to facilitate unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, privacy-invasive, or otherwise prohibited activity. You also agree not to interfere with the site’s operation, bypass security controls, overload the service, or attempt unauthorized access to administrative systems, accounts, databases, or infrastructure.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for images, text, trademarks, likenesses, or other material you submit to any AI provider after using a PromptBx prompt. PromptBx does not grant rights to third-party content, people, brands, or intellectual property depicted in your material.

If you submit a prompt idea, title, description, prompt text, tags, or other suggestion to PromptBx, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not contain unlawful or infringing material.

You grant PromptBx a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, store, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and use the submitted suggestion for operating and improving the PromptBx library. Submission does not guarantee publication, attribution, compensation, or continued availability.

The PromptBx site design, branding, software, curated library structure, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless expressly permitted, you may use the site and individual prompts for personal or ordinary productive use, but you may not scrape, clone, republish, resell, or systematically redistribute the PromptBx library or website as a competing database or service.

PromptBx may add, modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, prompts, categories, links, or parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content will remain current.

PromptBx is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Prompts, ratings, examples, recommendations, and guidance are informational and do not constitute a guarantee of AI output quality, fitness for a specific purpose, or compatibility with any particular provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PromptBx and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the service, third-party AI services, generated outputs, loss of data, service interruption, or reliance on site content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may restrict access or take reasonable technical measures against misuse, attacks, automated abuse, or violations of these terms.

We may update these Terms as PromptBx evolves. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
