PromptBx is an AI photo-editing prompt library. We aim to collect only the information reasonably needed to operate, secure, understand, and improve the service.

Website and technical data

When you access PromptBx, our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, requested pages, and security or diagnostic data as part of delivering and protecting the website.

Analytics data

PromptBx uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. Analytics may process information about visits, pages, approximate location, device/browser characteristics, referral sources, and interactions with the site.

PromptBx also sends product-usage events such as prompt opens, prompt copies, category opens, searches, Surprise Me usage, personalization usage, successful suggestion submissions, and AI-platform launches. We intentionally avoid sending full prompt text or raw search queries as custom analytics event parameters.

Suggestions you submit

If you use the “Suggest a prompt” form, we may store the category, title, description, optional prompt text, and tags you submit so the suggestion can be reviewed and potentially added to the library. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, unlawful, or personally identifying information.

• Understand which pages, prompts, categories, and features are useful.
• Review community suggestions and improve the prompt library.
• Detect abuse, excessive requests, and technical problems.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

PromptBx asks for your choice before optional analytics is loaded. You can accept analytics, reject it, or change your selection later through Cookie settings in the footer. Browser controls may also allow you to block or delete cookies.

PromptBx relies on service providers for functions such as hosting, database infrastructure, DNS/security, source-code deployment, and analytics. Those providers may process limited information on our behalf or under their own terms as necessary to provide their services.

PromptBx also links to external AI services such as Gemini, Adobe Firefly, and ChatGPT. If you leave PromptBx and use another service, that provider’s privacy policy and terms govern your activity there. PromptBx does not control those external services.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including operation, security, analytics, moderation, backups, and legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type and provider.

PromptBx uses technical safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access and abuse, including HTTPS in production, restricted administrative access, secure session handling, security headers, rate limiting, input validation, and database access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights concerning personal data, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, or information about processing. PromptBx is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

We may update this Privacy Policy as PromptBx changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are published.
